I applied your computer software to up grade my strong 4669x and following booting I noticed lock around the display.I tried to unlock it by dialing 0000 and I afterwards observed that the decoder was frozen although the lock was not there and all the channels was vanished.The decoder is now frozen.What need to I do?Good occupation sir, make sure y
